Primary programme follows the notice’s principal purpose. Additional labels require a substantive matching objective. Domain fit does not establish eligibility. Individual-only calls remain distinct from institutional applications. Uncertain matches stay in the classification review view.
Deadline dates use the Africa/Nairobi calendar. Where the issuer gives no closing time, the date is shown as unconfirmed and the local catalogue archives it after that EAT date. Verify the issuer’s actual cutoff. Source data are retained when calls expire.
